DMCA Takedown Requests

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners or their authorized agents may request that content on Fitocracy in violation of their copyrights be removed.

Upon receipt of a takedown request, Fitocracy will:

• Disable access to the content in question
• Notify the original poster of the content in question of the takedown request

The user that posted the content may then submit a counter-notice. Once Fitocracy receives a counter-notice, access to the item in question will be restored after 10 business days.
