How does online coaching work?
Once you sign up for coaching, we'll do an assessment to understand your needs, goals, and past experiences. This will serve as the foundation of your customized plan.
Then, your coach will create your diet and training program tailored specifically to you. You won't find these workouts in a magazine or video.
With your plan in hand, you'll use Fitocracy to follow and track your program on a daily basis. As you follow the plan, you'll also learn how each component fits into the big picture.
No more need to worry about whether or not your program is working. Your coach constantly monitors your progress and adjusts the plan to make sure everything is always running smoothly.
Think of your coach as your personal advisor for all things fitness. You can bring any question or concern to them at any time. They work for your success every day so you can reach your goals.
